Ok, so I was VERY skeptical about ordering from BizChair.com due to the shakey reviews they recieved on here and a few other places, but after alot of reading I realized that most of the major issues are with the shipping companies and not the seller themselves.  I ordered my desk on Sunday and added the $4 for rush processing and by Monday afternoon I received an email with the Fedex tracking number and all the other info pertaining to my order.  That Thursday I received my desk and the box was in perfect condition as was the desk itself.  I only have 2 complaints and I'm not sure if they are complaints or just me being picky.  My first issue is with the directions that came with the desk, they dont give you a parts list and are not detailed, but assembly was easy.  The other issue is that 2 of the mounting holes for the desk were off about 2/16 of an inch which made it difficult to get the bolts in. 

The quality of the desk is fantastic and looks better in person than it does on the website.  It's very sturdy and the measurements are spot on.  I just placed another order for a chair this pasted Thursday and on Friday I recieved my tracking number.  A++++
