Unbelievable is the best word to describe Bizchair.
I ordered two office chairs for $294.99 each. My credit card was charged, and I was told that the chairs would arrive in 7 to 10 days. When the chairs didnt arrive I called customer service. They told me the price of the chairs went up to $385.99, and I needed to pay the difference. I explained that I already ordered the chairs, I was sent a receipt, the charge had already posted to my credit card, and the chairs should have already been delivered. The customer service agent told me they never shipped the chairs, and they wouldnt ship them unless they receive $91.00 more per chair. What a scam!! This company is UNETHICAL. As of this posting date, Staples will match their prices. If you are seduced by Bizchairs low prices just call Staples, and have them match their price and avoid the dirty feeling of being scammed. |

BizChair.com had the product I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay. My only criticism was that I had to call them to find out the progress of my order and get tracking information and they in turn, had to call the manufacturer. This tracking should have been part of the process.

First, they charged my credit card the day I purchased the chair. I purchase a lot of items online and have never had anyone charge my card until the item is shipped. The website said they ship in 3 days and mine was not shipped for 5 days. A lady on the phone said it would be shipped out on a Tuesday and arrive on Friday. It did ship on Tuesday but did not arrive for a week.

Our biggest problem was putting the backs on the chairs. The printed install marks on the chair backs were usually not accurate so it required two people to properly put the chair together, since one had to be in the front to be sure it was aligned right. There was a contact problem but it was a holiday weekend and once I was in contact with someone, they were very quick to get things going and the chairs arrived much earlier than we expected.

We love the mirror we purchased for our granddaughter's bedroom at our house. She loves a mirror....loves to jump on the bed and chant and sing and smile and look at herself and she loves dressing up and of course you have to have a mirror for that!!!! She lives in anoter state and is coming to stay with us for a couple of weeks in about a month and we can't wait for her to see her re-decorated room. We know she will love the mirror!

When I placed the order the item cost $96.99 (free shipping). A few weeks went by and I received a call from the representative stating that the amount that was shown was incorrect and it would cost another $56 and did I still want the map. I did not appreciate purchasing the map and than receiving a call weeks later that there was an error in the amount charged. They should of just sold it to me at the cost that I originally purchased the item to keep me a happy customer since it was not my fault they listed the wrong amount. I'm not sure if I will be purchasing items for my company, Intel in the future. I ordered the map on May 15 and I still have not received it.

Chair arrived with unintelligible illustrated assembly instructions. Both my husband and I tried to put it together and it did not work (it is supposed to be able to be raised and lowered). However, we can't send it back because the pole that fits into the base (which is all greasy, too) will not come out of the base. We can't mail it back in this condition as it will not fit in a box. This seems to be made badly. We called to find out what to do and no one called us back. It's been four days.

I had to call to confirm a shipping price that was 50% of my original purchase price(took a week or so for bizchair to leave the message). Money was taken out of my account promptly, however. Called back after 2 more weeks and product had still not been shipped. Finally received product after 20 days. Tried to send an email to customer service that was returned as undeliverable. Frustrating.

I still haven't received the item I ordered on March 5 even though my credit card was charged. After I inquired twice why I had not received any sort of order/shipping confirmation, I was informed immediately that the item was on back order from the manufacturer until April 21. I am disappointed, but willing to wait and follow up with the order. I shopped around and Bizchair had what I wanted at a competitive price. Usually, my charge card should not have been debited until the item had been shipped.

To answer #2 The dresser top was scratched and there was a crack about 3" long. The worst part is that the damage did not happen during shipping. Other more fragile items were fine. So the top was packed and shipped in this condition.
