The bench was dismantled in order to fit the box but gave no instructions on putting it back together. My handyman figured it out. Now the bench is where I wanted it and looks exactly as I pictured it.

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. I have to cancel my order it will take 2-4 WEEKS to ship my order. The cancellation is a nightmare. The customer service is also a nightmare. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I ordered tables from them and all tables arrived poorly packaged in a single layer of cardboard loosely placed in the box. As a result, they were all damaged in shipping. The company has done nothing but give me the run around for the past month. Each time I call, the person who was "handling" my claim quits, they give me the name of a person to contact who doesn't exist, or they say they will call right back and never call again. As a result of over 10 contacts with them, I am no further ahead than I was on the first call. They do not have customer service - only promises they don't intend to keep. Please learn from my lesson and NEVER order from them!
