My sweetheart was going to be leaving for England for a year. I ordered a Sterling silver heart shaped pendant with her initial engraved on it. The pendant arrived before she left - but was engraved with someone else's name on it! I called customer service, and they sent me another one - but it was too late. My sweetie had already departed.
