Overall I am very happy with my purchases and serice however the shipping fee for orders over $300 is outrageous. I don't understand what difference the dollar value should have on the cost of shipping. I can understand that weight makes a difference by why the value? In my case I might have purchased another jacket but the cost of shipping had already blown my budget. Also, shoes were discounted a few hours after I place my order. I think that considering the time zone difference you could make concessions for Australia and apply discounts retrospectively because we will always be one business day ahead of the US.

fly since the company started product selection has changed greatly over the years, and is often too blingy/girly for my tastes. however the selection of small sizes in the men's department provides relief from the seemingly relentless parade of pinks, bows and ruffles.

I saw a coat i loved...i ordered it, and it arrived BEFORE i expected it...it was as it looked in the picture. and of good quality...the only thing I was thrilled about was that I didn't have a choice of shipping options, and to have it delivered cost $35.00...THEN when it was brought to my door, there was an additional $26.00 charge on top of that COD...that may have nothing to do with the merchant, but if given the chance, I would have had it shipped by regular mail to avoid all the extra shipping costs...

The whole online experience feels discount, which it is, so there you go. I don't enjoy shopping there as much as other sites, but that said, I but pretty often as it is discount. It's not the latest stuff (or doesn't feel like it, anyway) but it's a good place to make a "big" purchase if they have something you like. And the pop-up sales on cashmere are good. I buy for my husband.
