Haven't received my purchase/s yet. AND.....the same item(the down jacket) is not 15% cheaper and that was one or two days after I placed my order. I think Bluefly should do price adjustments when that occurs within less than 7 days!!!!! Makes me not want to shop there anymore.

The size chart is incorrect. The jacket size is USA 6. It is nearly equal to IT 38. However, the real size on the tag is IT 42. It was too large size for me. I have to go to the reform shop to re-arrange. The size chart shall be correct on each clothing.

i was not too happy with my shopping expierence. i do not like teh idea that that there is no free returns espeacailly with a handbag where u want to see it and hold it in your hand. i pictured the item very different then how it came and i was very dissapointed. i was also unhappy with the customer service that you werent avaiable on the phone where as any other website has 24/7 help (live chat) as well as no hassle free returns. i dont think i would shop here again unless i was offered free freight.

Bluefly is great, the merchandise is priced well. The tracking on the UPS however leaves you in the dark as to where the package is coming from and when to expect it.

my primary issue with my purchase is the ID card that accompanied tha handbag had the bar code and another portion cut-out. this raised immediate concern by me as you can understand. fake designer handbags is a very huge issue. i spent several hours working to confirm authenticity. I would recommend that Bluefly ensure the tags of the products are intact to not rais suspicion on behalf of the buyer. the product was a lot of money and one does not want to know they purchased a replicat vs. the real thing.

Experience is okay. Their sales and markdowns are not as significant as other discount retailers. Their promotions have a lot of conditions set on them. Otherwise, the products are good and always packaged properly and arrive on time.

I received today my purchase of handbags and I was disappointed to find that the buckle on one of the bags was badly scratched. I live in Australia and it would not be cost effective to return the bag because of the freight charges I would incur. I think that the scratch was very noticable so it should have been changed before dispatching.

I love Bluefly; they have great merchandise, and I will continue to shop there. I am disappointed in this purchase, however, because the heel height is not the advertized 3 1/4", but 4 1/2". I specifically asked a service rep if the height was 3 1/4" in my size, and was told yes.

Always very good service. I do wish the on-line photos of the products were on live models though, it's hard to tell what the product will actually look like so I frequently have trouble with the right fit.
