I have shopped the Boston Proper site for over two years, and have rarely been disappointed. Their clothing is unique - not what you'll find in a department store or other online site. I never fail to receive compliments on the BP fashions. I've had women in some of the most expensive restaurants in Dallas stop to ask me where I shop, and that's saying a LOT for Dallas!

Pricing - particularly during sale time - is very good. Their clothes are not cheap, but neither is the quality. But during their seasonal clearance events, you can get some real steals. For example - a cashmere shell for $9.99 and cardigan for $19.99.

Shipping is very dependable and fast if you order early in the week. I've placed orders on Monday night that were at my house by Wednesday. This is standard shipping, not priority! If you order late in the week it takes longer. They must not ship over the weekends.

I've called customer service only once, and that was to add on an item to the order I placed online. While they were more than happy to add the item it didn't ship with the others - because the others had already gone out!!

Overall, the site is very user-friendly, although there is a lot of merchandise which can be overwhelming for some. Contrary to the other review, the prices for each item are clearly marked before you add to the shopping cart. You can also store the shopping cart and a wish list for up to 6 months!!
