Right at the year mark, my Dell Vostro AC adaptor died and I needed a replacement.
B&M store had it for double, and it didn't even charge the battery! I did a random search and found them thruogh Google and couldn't believe the price. It came quickly, as described and I hooked it rught up. They even warranty thier products!! Will definitely keep this store in mind when needing other computer accessories. **Because I had never heard of the store before, I called to see if I could speak with a real person, and customer service was really curteous. I'll be shopping again. |

Great price for product was exactly as described power supply compatible with the fujitsu laptop I purchased, cord is a little short but who can complain when the fujitsu cord retails for $50 and this cord was $20.

GREAT price, speedy delivery, and the AC adapter works fine with my laptop computer. Radio Shack was going to charge me $100 for a universal adapter, so I ordered online from Brilliant store for less than $27--including the shipping & handling!

HDMI 3 Port Switch Splitter with Remote Control- Up to 1080p. This product is good overall but the remote will only work within 3 feet of the HDMI splitter. This makes it inconvenient when you are sitting 7 feet away.

I am a bit frustrated at this point. Brilliant Store sent the wrong battery for my laptop. When I looked for contact info to rectify the situation, there is only an email address. I would have preferred to call a human being rather than trusting email to produce a prompt reply. However, I have emailed Brilliant Store the details of the situation requesting that the correct part be shipped along with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect part. I am hopeful that Brilliant Store will do the right thing.

I thought the replacement adaptor I ordered would look just like the one I already purchased, but it didn't. Still, it turned out to be just as good as the one that came with my laptop plus a little lighter.The turn around time was only a couple days and I live in the heart of Mississippi.This was my first time using Brilliantstore.com and I'm impressed.

Ordered on the night of 12/15, shipped on 12/19 and received on 12/22. So not exactly shipped the next day as advertised on their site but understandable since it's busy Christmas shopping season. Laptop keyboard was well packaged and cheaper by 1/2 to 1/3 than most places. I was actually ordering on amazon.com through this vendor, but decided to check out the vendor first. Had good ratings and was 1/2 the price by ordering straight from them then through amazon.com. Will order from them again other than for rush items.

Since I had never purchased anything through Brilliantstore.com, I decided to telephone the 800 number. I wanted to make absolutely certain I was ordering the right keyboard for my laptop. The young lady who answered the phone was very polite and I was immediately convinced that she was going to help me make the right choice. Within seconds, she instructed me as to the correct part-number. I was advised that my package would be delivered in about a week. Considering that shipping was taking place during the Christmas holidays, I expected that there might be a delay. However, my package arrived yesterday, 12/22/08, I immediately took the keyboard to a local computer repair shop and to my surprise, I was back in business in less than one hour. As of today, I have yet to receive my order. And I placed my order exactly a week ago, thinking that my order will get here (San Jose, CA) in no time because the map on their website said it would take the 1-2 days to arrive for any order shipped to a CA address. Customer serivice: slow and no follow up [sorry i have to shorten this]
Follow up: Tracking my order through the USPS tracking number, I found that my order was delivered back to them without reaching me---two days ago: I received a phone call from the postal office in San Jose through the cell phone number I gave BrilliantStore. The staff person at the postal office said that someone at their office (at the time) was trying to mail a package to me and because it did not have enough postage, could not be delivered. How riduculous. I paid my order in full at the time of my order and Brilliant Store expected me to pay more for standard shipping? They said they will refund me but so far nothing. Thus, I find this company rather shady and not trustworthy. Stay away!! |

We purchased a battery for a Palm Zire from brilliantstore.com. However, they sent us the wrong battery. It didn't work in the Palm they said it worked in on their website. When we asked them about a replacement, they said it was our fault. They forced us to send it back to them at our expense, and wouldn't refund us any shipping costs for their error. Their website is deceptive, and their customer service abominable. Stay away from Brilliantstore! It's not brilliant, it's dismal!

After several emails, I received instructions to return a standalone laptop battery charger that wasn't working. At first they replaced it instead of refunding it, but when I made it clear that I wanted a refund, and that I didn't open the box, they told me to return the unopened replacement to the post office and refuse delivery. I did so, but after over a month I have no refund and they have been ignoring my emails.
(Update) About a week after the original post they said the person who handled my account is no longer with them (didn't say if fired or quit). They apologized and promised a refund, which came about two weeks later. |

The products I've ordered from them (a flexible keyboard and a bluetooth adaptor) work. The shipping costs are as cheap as it gets online, and they ship promptly. While they left a USB adaptor out of the keyboard order, they shipped it as soon as I let them know it was missing.

I ordered and received a Battery for Sandisk Sansa C200 C240 C250 MP3 Player. The new battery is apparently defective as it will not take and hold a full charge. I have recycled and charged the battery several times but it will still not hold a charge. I will be contacting Brilliantstore.com for a replacement battery.
