I was pleasantly surprised by this site, and had a good shopping experience, despite some of the reviews below.
I checked out Brylane home after I received a catalog w/another order from their overall company. The prices are a real bargain, so naturally I went online. I assumed I would not be getting upscale quality at these prices, so this lowers your expectations a bit already.

I ordered 4 towels for my bathroom, a bathroom rug, and a set of mixing bowls. This order arrived in two packages, and came within a reasonable amount of time--8 days or so. The towels are not ultra soft and rich, but I knew that going in. They are not scratchy or paper thin either, I would say they are the equivalent of what you would find at Target in the mid-range level. I really liked the bathroom rug, very soft, and better than what I expected. The mixing bowls are mixing bowls, there's not much you can say about glass mixing bowls--but at least they did not come chipped or broken, and the packaging was well done.

Overall I am happy with my purchase. I think Brylane home is a great place if you are starting out and don't have much money but love to decorate, like me. Sure I would love to have Ralph Lauren towels, but if I can get a similar look at a good bargain, I'll do that in the meantime. As with any site you order from, look at their return policy (this company has an awesome one), so if you don't like something, you can return it.
