I found Brylane through a forum discussing online sales. I found a very nice retro phone in red. I wasn't shopping for one, but it was perfect for our home. I searched for the same phone and found Brylane had the best price and took advantage. I received the phone in great time, but it was black, even though the invoice stated red.
Brylane's returns state that you have to pay $6 to return the item. My Husband called the customer service and supposedly they were going to activate the ups return label. (Don't know yet, as my husband wanted to hold on to this phone until they sent out the RED on at our expense. They only refund, after they have it.)
Well the second package arrived and it wasn't even a phone. We received a 10 drawer organizer with casters.
My husband called customer service again. A half hearted apology was the only thing given, and we were told that they get a lot of calls about, receiving the wrong products. They KNOW this problem exists. We were told this time, to return it with no offer to activate our return label.
I emailed them now, and explained they should have offered to have it returned at their expense at the least. Two mistakes in two weeks time, I really thought they should have at least refunded the second "phone" charge.
The reply to this email was sorry about the difficulty we had with our recent order, but we hope you continue to shop with them.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
