I ordered a pair of shoes and there were 2 left shoes in the pkg. I was worried because I saw that shoes were not returnable. Well, when I explained what had happened, the customer service lady, named Kathy, was incredibly helpful. They sent out another pair of shoes right away, and said they would reinburse me the shipping to return the wrong ones. Excellent customer service, and I was very pleased!!

We ordered the costumes, paid and had confirmation. Then 3 days later, we received a notice saying that they could not fulfil the order. There was no explanation and when we tried to email the store, we just got it as mail was unable to be delievered. The store should have said that product was unavailable and how does a costume store have 4 items that cannot be purchased? That is what they sell and should have their items in stock.

I will not use economy shipping again. The Post Office didn't deliver it to my house. I phone BuyCostumes.com and they sent another Roosevelt Disguise kit to my work address.

Will buy again, because of super service previous order. This order was disappointing. Costume had had a seam ripped out (ie altered to make larger), which was apparently not picked up by returns staff. Size is not standard and does not fit a North American size 12. Upper sleeves on this costume fit my middle lower arm only. Did not return only because we live in Canada and do not have time to repurchase a costume. Hope to alter to fit my disppointed daughter. Would be helpful if costume supplier would actually post measurements for their costumes!!
