I ordered a Kodak Easyshare M1020 10" Digital Picture Frame with Quick Touch Border from Buydig.com. The unit was dead on arrival. It would not turn on straight out of the box. I followed the troubleshooting steps from the Kodak site and was left with no option but to return the unit.
According to Buydig.com, if I wanted a to get a refund on the defective item, I would have to pay the return shipping AND a 10% restocking fee... keep in mind that is for a DEFECTIVE item. Even to make an exchange, I have to pay the return shipping which was about $20. This is ridiculous for an item that was received defective!
Read the fine print (I didn't) before purchasing here. If you have a problem, it will cost you for their error. I have learned my lesson and will never shop here again. There are plenty of other online stores who are willing to offer fair return services on DEFECTIVE items.
I also have not heard from Buydig.com since they've received the defective item back from me. Tracking shows it was delivered to them several days ago but no word from Buydig.com. I am still fuming from this bad experience. Customer service initially took 2 days to even respond to my email about the problem. Bad all around! Go elsewhere!
