Before I order the product I called customer service to ask if the chaging pad came with the table he said that it did. When the table came there was no pad, I called back and the customer service said that the pad did not come with table. Also when I put the table together the pre-holes on the pieces were only done for one side. They forgot to do them for the other side, so it was a pain to get the drill and try to match the holes up. So I feel it was more of a hassle getting the product from you company.

the crib is back ordered and is not due until late December or early January. Baby is due January 5th - so hoping it gets here. One store said they had discontinued carrying this manufacturer because of poor delivery.

Although CSN shipped me the wrong product, they were pretty good about getting me the correct one with no extra charges or trouble to me. Customer service was very helpful, and the only hold-up that I experienced with our exchange was because of the manufacturer, not CSN.

So far so good. I ordered two items, one which has arrived. I have received an email on the expected ship date of the second item - still waiting for the "item shipped email". I don't expect any problems and will very likely shop CSN in the future as I have grandchildren.

CSN Baby advertises free shipping and that is why i purchased the crib from this vendor. The crib arrived with three broken pieces. In order to return it, I would have to have paid the $88.00 that it supposedly cost the company to ship it to me. Do you believe it? The product arrived damaged and I would have had to pay not only to have it shipped back to CSN but the shipping fee to have the crib shipped to me! Unacceptable.

There was minor delay on getting the furniture set due to discovering furniture set was out of stock after i placed an order. But they notified me immediately and they ordered products from the manufacturer and came promptly. A note to purchasers, count in some cushion when ordering major purchase like baby furnitures for delays can happen. We didn't mind the minor delay, furniture set got delivered and looks great! Delivery went smooth also. We are very happy with our purchase. We placed another order recently and we plan on shopping again @ CSN baby ^__^.

We ordered 3 pieces of furniture, and needed them delivered by August 22nd. When the order was placed, we verified that the order would be here on time, offering to pay for expedited shipping and processing to ensure they arrived when we needed them. They showed them shipped on time from their warehouse, but the packages (3 boxes weighing over 70 lbs. each) didn't make it on the FedEx Truck and were missing for a week. We have since received 2 packages, but still have not received the 3rd. Phone calls to their customer service department were handled as if there was no urgency. 3 Customer service reps promised to "research" the situation and return a call to let us know what the status was. No phone calls were ever made. Finally after demanding answers and refusing to hang up, they admitted they had no idea what was going on and offered us a discount of $35.00 per item to make up for it. The credit was appreciated, but still did not make up for the fact that we still don't have our order in full.

Placed order for Storkcraft crib. Crib was back ordered for almost 2 months. I placed order with another company and cancelled order with CSN. Three days after cancelling order received email stating they could not cancel my order because it was shipped. I could see from shippers website the order had not yet shipped but the company had been notified there was a shipment. After 2 hours of going back and forth with CSN and shipping company. I finally called Storkcraft which is where the crib was shipping from. Was able to get the order cancelled before shipped. After 3 hours on the phone. Then spoke to manager after 3 hours at CSN who told me that it was in fact their fault the order was shipped apparently whatever department takes care of fulfilling orders disregarded the email stating to cancel the order. Customer service provided by CSN gets a zero. I had t do all the leg work to get the order cancelled. A week later still waiting for refund. Will never consider placing order for anything from this company. Will never recommend from a friend.

I followed the tracking and the crib was returned. I had to contact the company and then only found out that it was out of stock and the soonest they would get more in would be end of September. I was offered a full refund which I had to accept since not having the crib was not an option.

Minor scratches on wooden parts, boxes had minor holes but looked like they were thrown. Order arrived partially, and received the other part 2 weeks later. Customer service on Phone was good. They were promessing a call back from them (3) but never called back or emailed to give shipment status. Emails to customer service were reaching team but were always replied as "we will get back to you" but never came back. I would say that this company is overall good to deal with if you do not order "kits" better to order 1 thing at a time.

Awesome. I received tracking numbers for both legs (American and Canadian) for my package through email. This was super convenient and I didn;t have to take the time to call any customer service etc to get this info. All in all, very easy transaction and would shop here again no problem.

check out was easy. I was told shipping estimate was 6/25 - 6/27 but then received a notice 6/30 that stock was gone but that there was plan for it to ship before or on 8/4. I have not received anything yet so I cannot comment further.

The order was procesed and delivered quickly. Since orders do take three-five days to be shipped out, my only suggestion would be that you send another email reminder (automated is fine) two days after the inital purchase email to indicate that you are "still processing and expect shippment in the next three days" or something similar. It would just make the customer feel a bit better knowing that everything is going as expected. I was very happy with my purchase and would shop with you again.

Shopping experience was good, liked th free shipping. Disappointed that headboard was damaged. Talked to a very friendly customer service person, who orderd a replacement for me. Would be nice to be able to track that package. She said could take 2-3 weeks, but Im okay with that because the baby is not due until july. Delivery of something that size should require a signiture instead of being left leaning on my garage door. I stayed home waiting for the package and when I finally had to leave the house its all ready out there, the delivery person could have rang the door bell, (especially since the box was damamged). Hope the replacement is well packaged.

I bought a crib from CSN and I got free shipping which saved me $100.00 which made my day because we had several people going together to buy this crib and the free shipping meant that a gift of this caliber was still affordable to us all.
