NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE - NOT RESOLVED YET!
We ordered a writing desk; also payed a slight insurance premium so if there was any problem or we did not like the desk, we could return it without paying a 10% restocking fee, as well as the expense of return shipping.
It arrived damaged. We immediately called and notified CSN. We received an email the next day, confirming that it would take at least THREE WEEKS to have someone come by and remove the item, plus at least FOUR WEEKS to get a credit to our charge card.
We immediately write back and said these arrangements were not ok. I have sent an additional three emails over the past 2.5 weeks and finally got a reply, saying that we could go ahead and dispose of the damaged unit ourselves and that we would be getting a refund to our credit card in a few weeks.
Uh-uh. - we are not paying for someone to come out, pick up this 110 pound crate and haul it to the dump. WE do not even OWN this desk so we wrote back and said they must have their agent remove it. 'Have not heard back yet.
Unresponsive poor service...t's been a time-consuming pain in the butt dealing with them, in my opinion. Shop elsewhere.
