I was able to see many possible choices and choose one on the internet without having to go in the car from store to store. The file cabinet was delivered on time. Small problem: it arrive locked without a key. We were able to call customer service, and were assured that the key would be shipped at once. We expect the key to arrive this week so we can begin using the file cabinet.

Experience was good. Furniture arrived today and the quality and appearance was even better than I expected. I'm very pleased with the purchases. I was also very pleased with the delivery service which arrived exactly on time and made the extra effort to place the furniture through a narrow doorway. The 2 delivery guys did an excellent job and maintained a positive attitude thoughout the process. I'd definitely purchase from CSN again!

I placed an order for a dresser with CSN furniture online, the ordered was placed a month ago, the website gave an estimate delivery date for the first week of May. Its 15th of May now and I still havn't recieved my ordered. The ordered processed took longer then I thought, if I had known I would have just bought the dresser from a nearby furniture store. I don't believed the price I paid on CSN furniture was a deal rather it probably what I would normally pay at a local furniture store and probably would have gotten my funiture by now. So disappointed, at this rate I'm just hopping the dresser doesn't arrive damage like what some people have mention on the reviewed.

Selection was good. Prices are ridiculously high. Ordering process was easy. Customer service and delivery process is a disaster. After waiting for several weeks more than the estimated time, the product arrives damaged. Customer service made NO effort to expedite the shipment of the damaged part. Had to refuse delivery and still fighting to get refund back. Do not order from these guys. Overall, a miserable experience!!

I ordered 4 chairs from CSN and they initially only shipped 2. One of them was broken and they wanted to send out a replacement part so that we could fix it ourselves. After some argument they finally agreed to send out a new chair to replace the broken one. The other 2 chairs still haven't been received. Customer service is definately lacking!

The desk arrived in HORRIBLE condition. The box was a mess. When we opened it, it looked like a styrofoam bomb had exploded. 90% of the wood pieces were damaged beyond repair. It was also a completely different color than what was on the website, and what was on the picture that was on the box.

The web page incorrectly listed 84 items in stock when, in fact, there were none. When would I have been notified if I had not called myself? This caused an unacceptable delay in obtaining this very important purchase. I will not use this merchant again due to misleading stock counts.

Excellent experience. CSN had the best price and included shipping costs, with set up. The desk was as described, arrived sooner than promised and in perfect condition. Delivery guys arrived on time, brought the desk up 2 flights of stairs and did a basic set up.

My experience with CSN Office Furniture was great. Although when I received my bookcase some of the parts had chips in the wood and indents that are noticeable. Which probably happened during shipment. But as long as it fulfilled its purpose (which it does) I have no major complaints/
