I like Campmor but the sandals I recieved we so under par, they were just not where able. The threading they used stuck out and was sharp and would stick into my foot. I will not even take a chance it was just my pair. I will look elswhere this time. I will say that when I called and explained my problem they we happy to pay for the shippment back and refund all my purchase price even the shipping. That is why I continue to shop with Campmor.

I purchased a rock climbing shoes and I absolutely love it. It is perfect fit as mentioed in the website. However, I purchased 3 pants and 2 shirts. The pants are horrible (the size is not correct even though it said size small) fitting and the material is awful. I am not satisfied this time.

Box was pretty beat up (recycled, perhaps?). Product inside was "clampackaged", but had come loose in shipping box. No discernable damage. Shipping was fast, and charges very reasonable.

Campmor was a good company to do business with. The package was damaged during UPS shipping, and returned to Campmor- who handled it in a concise and proficient manner. Unfortunately, UPS was not so professional. Their customer service dept. and local Customer Center repeatedly gave me incorrect info. regarding the delivery timetable, and reason for the delay. Kudos to Campmor, boo's and hisses to UPS.
