I got a new Samsung Rugby and needed a belt holster, I ordered one, it came from china marked "iphone" It is too small for a rugby, not my fault and this company wants me to pay for shipping to a p.o. box in san diego before giving the $3.39 refund.
I already paid 4.99 shipping (that you don't know about untill you give your credit card or pay pal information) That they won't refund.
I did not get what they advertised, now I eat $8.38 for nothing.
NEVER order from this merchant, or you will be holding in your hand poor quality merchandise that does not fit the phone you ordered it for, they don't care I have the emails to prove that:

If I order an item advertised for a samsung a837 rugby, I should get that item or the merchant should send the replacement item to give me what I paid for.
this merchant makes money on the shipping charge, and the fact the junk they sell comes from mainland china, the home of $1.00 per day labor. I got nothing useful for the good hard earned american money they got from me, I would complain to pay pal but that is worthless too. Me got F&^ked !! cheap axs chinese sh=t seller.
