Orders have always went well with Cell Phone Shop until this latest one. The phone was defective and the replacement process is lengthy and uncertain. Communication is not a priority with Cell Phone Shop. I am still waiting for the replacement.

The product was identified on-line and with the billing notice as for a Nokia 2600. It wasnot compatible with the Nokia 2600 and when attached I got a readout that the accessory was not supported. I checked with two local telephone retailers and they told me it obviously was not approved by Nokia. A waste of my money and time!!

While the cables were fine, the battery chargers are complete crap. They come from a 1 off type chinese factory, say they are ul listed, however after charging for 6 hours, the damned things were nearly too hot to touch. Carrying products like that, suggests the merchant is just a drop shipper (they are, the package came titled as a "gift" through customs because had it been labeled properly I'm sure customs would have looked inside, and confiscated these crap battery chargers)

The products are always not as expected; damaged, defects, and/or production errors. Also, half the time the product is not what was advertised. I have made about 10 purchases from cellphone shop and have never been completely satisfied. If not for the cheap prices I would never have bought from them so many times. I do not plan to buy any more, and plan to make all my family and friends aware of this.

It's okay. It's a quick site that's not too engaging. You find what you need and wait for the product to arrive from Hong Kong. I can't imagine trying to contact customer service. I would shop here again for stuff.
