I found the cell phone shop to be a very pleasant place to do business, I found what I was looking for, at a great price, and it was shipped immediately. When I recieved the product damaged, I sent an e-mail to which they responded to within 24 hours, and promptly replaced the product at no charge, and with no hassle. I will definatly shop here again, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Did not realize my order was coming from China. i RECEIVED the wrong protective covers for my phone, They sent one product correct and another incorrect for the wrong phone basically they sent what ever they got their hands on to fill the order. Realizing that I would not challange a 1.99 order.

the first cell phone battery we received did not work - it would not take a charge. I called and was told they could send anohter one. They then emailed me with some more questions. I got the replacement battery and that one has worked fine. Thanks.

The handsfree ear piece did not make the proper connection to my cell phone. I contacted customer service via email, and all communication was done by email. The communication was quick and the return emails were fast. I was sent a replacement handsfree ear piece, which also did not fit 100% correctly. I was having the same problems of sounds coming and going. So I just took a razor blade and shaved off part of the rubber around the connection plug in part of the ear piece. It seems to have solved the problem. So I am very happy. Thank you for your quick service.

There should be more clear concise information regarding the products in technology. When the product arrived, not in retail packaging, your first reaction is the product is counterfeit. It took multiple emails and phone calls to clarify the product was indeed genuine. I would purchase again through them, as they were quick to answer once the questions were raised.
