I was shopping for a replacement central vacuum and came across www.centralvacuum.com when I did a search. I decided to make a call and found the sales team to very up to date on products and what I could easily use to replace my Nutone (my old system did not have power at the vacuum outlet and the Sales team came up with an alternative that pleased my wife). There was a minor problem with the unit from the factory but Roger (owner) stepped right up and handled the situation. I am pleased with the Imperium unit, a little scary at first because it is much more powerfull than the old Nutone and much quieter. I recommend Central Vacuum to my family and friends and have now made it a favorite on my saved list. Great tools and attachments are available at a fair price.

Information on site was clear and accurate. All required plumbing hardware was provided but low-voltage switching cable was inadequate. Box was apparently droped in shipment and one (of ~20) tube was damaged. Instructions were sparce and required some quessing.

I recently ordered a Miele Solaris Turbo Plus Vacuum with a lighted powerhead attachment because we have deep pile carpet. Central Vacuum Stores was the only place on the internet that offers this attachment at a reasonable price - PLUS - they offered next-day shipping and gift wrapping (it was a gift for my wife) at no extra charge! The vacuum came the next day as promised and my wife really enjoys her new vac. When we had a question about our new vacuum, we were directed to the proper people, and they wasted no time in answering. AND - they even called us back within the hour! I've always felt that it's more about service than the sale and Jackie, Julie, and Craig were extremely helpful. If you need to buy a vacuum, Central Vacuum is the place to go.
