Buyer Beware!!! I have ordered from Chadwicks multiple times in the past, but always with a small problem. Lost or non-included items, lengthy backorders, etc. Although it caused a hassle it was never too large. I recently placed an order with the company and included a valid coupon code. The code was shown in the shopping cart and receipt to be valid, on the email confirmation I received, and on the receipt included in the package (it was for an additional item for free). When I called the company to inquire about missing items from my order (including the free gift) I was told that the coupon was not valid. When I made an inquiry about the circumstances surrounding the validity of the coupon I was hung up on by the customer service rep I had. So I sent an email about my concerns to the company detailing the experience with the customer service rep. The email I received back - the coupon was not valid. Nothing about the way I was treated. Oh yeah - by theway still don't have the missing items from my order and they are not willing to do anything. I am telling all my friends - buyer beware!
