They have great Customer Service, regardless of what reviews I have read. I have made three major purchases thru them till now. I am happy with their CS, emailing them is the best option. They also periodically send out coupons, but it would be nice if they had more competitive prices. Or maybe a price matching policy.

Although the website said the items would be shipped the next buisness day, ours were not shipped for over four buisness days. In addition, only two of the three tracking numbers provided were 'working numbers' and able to track the progress of our packages. Since I have still not received our packages, I have no idea if our order is even complete. Although the items were advertised at a lower price, and without shipping and tax, I am not sure I would purchase anything from ChitChatBaby.com again. I guess I will continue to wait and see....

The item arrived promptly but was the wrong color - I requested another shade of blue and was never asked if the substitution was acceptable. Also, I asked for a gift message (since this was a gift) but it wasn't included--so the recipients had no idea it was from me until I told them!!
