Pleasant enough when ordering, but watch out for the backend! Misadvertised unit as coming with a double-capacity battery (a big factor in my purchase decision), when, in fact it didn't. When I called to ask why, it took an hour for a bad-attitude service rep to say the product was refurbished so I had to call Sony to find out the reason. Incredible. After failing to convinvce him it should be Clearance Club's responsibility, I ended up calling Sony anyway. (As anyone who's dealt with Sony's customer service, they know this is a nightmare experience.) Of course, Sony said it wasn't their fault and I had to call Clearance Club to straighen it out. It took three weeks for Clearance Club to finally agree to refund me $50 for the mistake. The joke was they NEVER gave me the refund. From my experience, they are sleazy and play fast and loose with their advertising and customer satisfaction guarantees. Caveat emptor, folks.
