This supplier got my address wrong twice, and missed their promised ship date for this order 3 separate times. They also mistakenly cancelled my order. I needed to telephone them 4 times to get everything straightened out and the automated telephone system was very frustrating. Each time I spoke with them I explained that I urgently needed to computer in order to do my work and that it was a replacement for one that stopped working. I asked if they were sure of the ship dates and got assurances. I checked their on-line order tracking and found that it never agreed with the live person. I also was never able to speak with a manager when I called for higher authority to resolve the problem. The live person blamed Sony's slow delivery for the delay even after I pointed out that Clearance Club had misrepresented their inventory, and when their inventory was replenished, that they still didn't deliver for several days after they promised to ship. When I complained, and asked for free express shipping, they refused and said I could either take the product on their terms or not at all. At this point I still have not received the computer and it is approaching 3 weeks after the order was placed. (I actually attempted to place the order 3 days prior to that but was not able to get the necessary answers because no live person was available that Friday afternoon)
