First console cabinet arrived damaged in shipping. The replacement arrive today, April 3, 2009; 93 days after original order placed, but product was well worth the wait. Staff was extremely helpful in getting the replacement ordered and on the way and the tracking system gave peace of mind that it was once again on its way. The delivery men were very courteous and tidy taking all packing products away and setting up the cabinet exactly where I wanted it, explaining that they normally do not do that, but knowing the problem with the first delivery wanted to make sure we were totally happy. Thank you for providing me with the curio console cabinet that I will be very proud of for years to come!

Everything went well during the purchase. However, the tracking stopped at the Canadian border and after several calls I was not able to contact someone who knew what happened after the border point. However, the package did arrive in Newfoundland, albeit much later than originally stated.

I wanted to order these items in the late summer for Christmas presents, but did not because the return policy was only 30 days. I like to shop early but I had to wait to buy these clocks. I almost did not order these because of this return policy. I had bought other presents, not intending to purchase the clocks but at the last minutes changed my mind. The clocks were a big hit, and a great gift. The only thing I would change is a longer return policy, otherwise I was very satisfied with the purchase and the quality of the product.

I wanted to get it to Florida by Christmas and your Shipping Dept. assisted me by elevating the shipment to 2-day air - which worked! I was able to find the Wall Clock I was seeking (a gift for a sibling) in your online catalog. The clock arrived on time and appearance -wise was fine. However, after Christmas I installed a battery, threw the box away and set the clock for use. That was when we discovered the alarm button did not work. I am not sure how to handle this since I no longer have the box and the clock did not cost enough to warrant paying shipping to return and reorder. I have not contacted the merchant yet.
