Tracking System is unreliable, Product/Price is good

Everything went fine, except following order status. For the first week the status read, 'Processing Credit Card'. Shouldn't have taken more than a day for approval. The next week the status read, 'Drop Ship Processing'. Called Customer Service, they could tell me no more than their website did and blamed it on the manufacturer. The very day I had decided to give it one more day to cancel, the vacuum arrived safe and sound, much to my surprise. Happy with the product and the price. But tracking your order is completely unreliable.
