I received a confirmation email immediately after placing my order. I had selected regular ground shipment and somehow I received my order the very NEXT day. Amazing. Wonderful service!

Definitely an unpleasant experience

Ordered 2 pet feeders. My account was charged on 6/8.
On 6/22 called and asked about the shipment, as online research provided no information.
Rep. first insisted I was stupid and there was no real charge, just a pre-verification. Told here I can tell a charge from a verification, as I do online banking. Then she resistently checked and was surprised, that "yes indeed" I had been charged, but nothing was sent to me.
Promised to find out and call back within 24 hours. Of course not. I called ( they don't have a 800 number either ) and just machine for each extension.
Initiated a chargeback with my bank and cancelled order.

Spent $250+ got a broken used stroller and no response to calls and emails!

OK I AM MAD! I bought a stroller from this company 1) got it 2 weeks later. 2) The brakes didn't work 3) the inside of the stroller was broken and taped together! 4) which obviously means that the product was used! 5)My kid rode in the thing before we realized that something was wrong with it 6) it was a jogger so now they had me running with my child in a USED BROKEN STROLLER THAT I PAID OVER $250 for. Ever heard of child endangerment? Ever heard of lawyers? well guess what. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! Also I have spent over a month trying to get someone to contact me no one is ever available at the customer service lines and I can't count how many emails haven't been answered. Yes you'll get a cheap broken stroller or product here about 20 bucks cheaper than another store but after they tack on their shipping it's the same anyways. Bite the 20 bucks and go with real store that doesn't rig up things and sell them to unaware parents.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!

I tried for 4 days to get a hold of someone to ask a question about a production. E-mails went unanswered, phone calls were spent on hold for hours (or worse, their system just hung up). Last straw, I followed the directions on their website to their showroom. Guess what.... IT DOESN'T EXIST! WASN'T THERE! NOTHING!

I asked a tenant in the building if they had ever heard of Comfort 1st and they had no idea what I was talking about (even though they had been in the building for several years).

I'm not about to buy anything from a fake company, with fake information, that doesn't seem to exist. I hope you won't either.

My experience with Comfort1st.com was extremely pleasurable. The website interface was very easy to use. I received confirmation right after I placed my order. And the next day I received another email with a tracking number to track my order. Three days later I received my order! I will definitely shop here again.

Fast shipping, easy site to navigate

Great experience. I ordered my Kelty Joyrider 20 at 10:45 AM on Wednesday. It was at my door at 12:15 on Thursday. No shipping charge and the lowest price.

You should know that Comfort 1st.com, BestDollar.com, LowestDollar.com and Babies 1st.com are all the same store. The last two digits of the phone number are just a bit different.

Their web page is easy to navigate. They have great selection too.

A bit of advice about online shopping: It pays to make a phone call first. Talk to a human to make sure that what you are buying is in stock. I have read a few reviews about folks ordering and finding out later that an item is on back order. Not all webites are robust enough to tell you that up front, (Amazon is one that will, but most sites are not Amazon quality). Also, if the price of an item after shipping is about the same at several sites, look for the one that is closest to you. You'll tend to get the item quicker. COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY

My card was charged nearly one week before items were subsequently reported as back ordered. They were called and emailed to discuss this personally with me by phone. They have refused to do so. Their company was unreachable even during the hours their answering machine reports they are open for business. They did promise by email (without offering any explanation for their errors) to credit back my card, but did so for only one out of 4 items orders. Of the 3 charged items only one has arrived. Thus 2 items or the refund for them is still missing. Despite filling out a similar review with cc sent to them by yahoo's site they still have not responded.
