I ordered on the web and got a reply a day or two later that it was not in stock and I could wait or cancel. I canceled and got their confirmation of the cancellation. I then ordered the printer from another firm and the printer arrived in a few days. I installed it and a few days later got another printer! It seems that the first was from CompSource, despite the cancellation, and the second from the company I had placed the second order with. Since I had opened the first box, not knowing it was from CompSource, I had to return the 2nd one to the company that had done a good job of fulfilling my order.

DONT PASS THIS UP!!!! In the past i was very weary of prices that were almost too good to be true...but this time it was very good and very true. A great product at an unbeatable price, not to mention the above standard customer service and ulta fast(did i mention FREE) shipping! Thank you again for your hard work and dedication to your customers, it is hard to find sites like this. I will be sure to tell my friends and coworkers about this site. Thank you and keep up the superb efforts!!!

DO NOT do any business with CompSource under any circumstances! I made an order to these people and when a question arose on the order they sent an email that included my name, address, phone, full credit number, 3 digit security code, expiration data, billing address, phone, and even more personal information. Do you want this company to store your identity in their computers and email it out the world. That potential $3 savings was really worth it! I can live with bad service and a lot of problems but NO ONE can live with company that passes out your identity for all to see. I obviously canceled the order and requested them to delete all my personnel information from their computer so I cannot respond to their service quality but does it matter if you can not trust them to keep your information secure!!!

Honestly, they may not be as well known as some of the other guys but thats just fine by me. They take care of me every time and have never let me down. They truly have gone above and beyond what I would expect in many cases. I would highly recommend.

Correct product was received on-time. Shipping information was not available online at any time, though. If you want to know exactly where your package is at all stages of the process, you probably won't enjoy shopping here. I was very satisfied, however, since I received what I ordered when I was expecting it.

I ordered a Kodak digital camera before Christmas. I was told it was backordered when I e-mailed and asked about it on Jan 3. I have not had any info from CompSource since. The price was good, but not worth the poor service.

I ordered the Monster Powerbar 1100 surge protector from this vendor. The next day, I did not receive the email confirming shipment of the product. So I called the customer service and they advise me that it was shipped. I received the product the same day. This is the fastest shipment ever for me. I chose regular delivery not next day or anything but it is too fast. I am extremely satisfied with this vendor. The product is chepest I can find and the shipping is so fast.

I searched and searched and for this product all over the 'Net and Compsource was the only one who 1) had it in stock and 2) offered free shipping. Unfortunately a cable arrived broken, but I can't fault CompSource for that.

Very courteous and responsive staff. However did not have sufficient product knowledge and product info on web site was incorrect. Product was advertised as 220 volts compatible but I received a 120 volt only product. Product was advertised as being able to receive both NTSC and PAL TV broadcast signals. It turns out product can only receive NTSC TV broadcast signals. I called to confirm the specs prior to completing my order and CompSource confirmed the wrong specifications.

CompSource had the BEST OVERALL PRICE on the web for what we needed (2 Belkin UPS backups). These things are super heavy, and every other site was charging $50 or so for ground shipping; but CompSource provided FREE Shipping in addition to the near-lowest unit price (within $3). To boot, the items came fast - in other words, they didn't ship our stuff slow just because we got free shipping. I'll shop here again for sure.

Newbey to CompSource pleasantly surprised. Dependable on time delivery with free FedX ground shipping & tracking usually from nearby warehouse located across the country. Case shipped from PA to MD in about one day, before the tracking system status was updated. Free shipping on a case means $17-$24 off the total price of item. One other vendor offered free 2nd day shipping on cpu & MB, but while total cost looked lower on www.shopping.com, when ordering case and CPU, ZipZoom bumped up shipping to $24 for case. This made CompSource a better deal with faster delivery from a relatively local warehouse. All ordered at the same time, CompSource FedX ground actually beat Zip Zooms 2nd day delivery by two days, since item did not leave ZipZooms warehouse for two days. A better online tracking system detailing billing approval, packing and shipping out from warehouse would likely prove www.c-source.com as the computer delivery leader! Buiy here with confidence. They saying "in stock" and put it on backorder for 3 weeks.On the customer service phone you may rich only answering mashine and newer get call back-just email ,wich is hard to understand-"we have ETA for jan 7th"?

My shipment took eight weeks after my credit card was billed. I inquired about my purchase and was informed of two about two different shipping dates. I didn't even account for time the shipment had to be delivered to another warehouse for air-shipments. If you plan to ship your order to a location outside the continental US, expect an unusually slow shipment.

Online tracking was not available for the product I ordered. After several days and no delivery, I emailed customer service which indicated I would receive a response within 2 hours. I did receive the response and was given a delivery date. The product arrived a day later than they indicated.

CompSource Inc.'s supply chain seems to be in serious need of updating or replacing. When I placed my order, the site indicated it was in-stock. Then, upon numerous attempts to track my order and only after contacting the company directly was I informed that the product was not only not in stock but also backordered with an unknown date of delivery. In my opinion, to not let a customer know about this is just unacceptable. Particularly disappointing was the fact that the product was intended to be a holiday gift. I would not order from CompSource, Inc. again.

They said it was "in stock" but when I ordered it they called the next day to say they had "just run out" but would have the printer beginning November 26th. Since this was the second merchant who had done this I cancelled my order and went with the old New York standby J and R Music and Computer World. More expensive but at least it arrived in two days!
