Made order online. Paid with credit card. Credit card was billed. Then I got an email saying that the product was out of stock. Then I got another email saying that the order had been cancelled as they didn't have it in stock and that my credit card had been re-credited. This whole thing took about a month. This is a new product, I don't understand why they can't get it in stock. Seems like they had great prices, but they couldn't deliver what was promised. I won't shop there again.

The tracking number never showed up on the web site for my order. I call Compsource and they were closed so I left a message. They returned my call the next day and said I should receive the monitor that day, which I did. All in all is was a very good experience.

Customer service was polite but incompetent - the item was out of stock, no notice was sent to me. A week later - after it should have already been delivered - I called and they said "öops," promising to overnight it that day. It never arrived - it was not sent out til the following day, and sent regular UPS. I was now promised a refund of the shipping. The item is supposed to arrive tomorrow - we'll see...

The product was apparantly out of stock so was not shipped for a week after the "ships withing 24 hours" noted on the website. The company did not tell me that there would be a delay. I wrote to them and asked after the tracking function on their site repeatedly did not work.
They did reply fairly promptly via email to the above inquiry, saying that the product had shipped and could be tracked the next day on the tracking system. The tracking system never worked. Several days later, I emailed them again and recieved a timely answer which included a tracking number for use on the UPS site.
This particular purchase wasn't a rush, so the 10-12 day delay didn't affect me unduly, but with so many other stores out there on the web who do take their shipping and customer notification more seriously, I doubt that I will be shopping here again.

"in stock" and "been shipped" neither means what it says. Item was out of stock and hadn't been shipped. Customer service was not at all helpful. I had been waiting for 6 days and then was told it wouldn't be shipped for another week and a half.

I ordered a printer and the price was very competitive and shipped free and fast. Unfortunately, the item purchased died 20 days later and I sent the item back to be replaced. They denied me because they said it was missing original packing. Only thing missing was the free enclosed printer ribbon cartridge and photo paper. The printer ribbon cartridge was INSIDE the photo printer (could not get it out) and the paper had been used up before it died. So to compensate for the missing items that filled up the box, I used tissue paper. Thus they denied me a refund or replacement and I am out $10 shipping. I should have just sent it to KODAK even though it was within 30 days. The customer service people are rude too. I would avoid just because they do not stand behind their products sold.
