WORSE THAN BAD!!!

I preordered Flight Simulator 2004 in June to be shipped to my dad as a Father's Day present. This was due to ship in late July. On July 29th I received an email stating that there was a problem with the order so I called the customer support number. To my absolute disbelief, CompUSA will not ship to an address that isn't listed with your credit card company! I was told to call my credit card company and add my father's address as an alternate address. SHOCKING! I have no intention of adding any address to my credit card just to satisfy CompUSA! Furthermore, if this is their policy it should be displayed on their website AND I should have been notified in June when the order was placed. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM COMPUSA AGAIN!!!!
