COMPUSA without a doubt WORST Online retailer on the web.

Shopping at Compusa online is an experince I would suggest you never do. They delivered the item on time, and it was the correct item. The item was a wireless b router nothing fancy worked fine for two months then it broke, I figure no problem i will just call and exchange it. First call i found out I needed to call the Manufacturer, I tried to explain that the product had the compusa logo on it and that was the only markings. I was told to call gigafast the actual manufacturer, so I call them where I just recieved run around after run around, left multiple messages for them and sent a few emails, I'm still waiting to hear back from them and it has been over a month (gigafast is the manufacturer avoid them like the plague). Well after a few weeks of waiting for the manufacturer to return my call I decided to call comp usa again, I was doing this all from work and the people I worked with were starting to tease me that I was still trying to return this broken router, CompUSA told me that they would not be able to help me since after 14 days it was the manufactures resposibility. So I waited a few more days and called COMPUSA again figuring the manufacturer may call. On my next call to COMPUSA I was pretty upset I explained that I have been told to call the manufacturer but they won't help and I they are the only ones listed on the product, she said she would put me on hold came back and told that I could return it to them for an instore credit, cant even get it replaced with a similar product. My product broke on march 12th it is april 20th and I'm hoping to have an instore credit in the next few weeks no I dont have one yet. All in all I really feel that COMPUSA needs to be reported to the FTC they are just that bad. My advice Never Ever Purchase anything from them, I not sure what I going to do with my instore credit if I get one.
