They never sent the procuct, kept my money for over a month, and after a long time waiting for something I was looking forward to getting...I was sooooo very disappointed when they just sent a credit back with no explaination.  This was a coffie maker, and I'm not sure why but the same coffie maker is still on sale here?  So why do they still offer it here, and they would not send me the one I had waited for?!  Maybe they just needed a loan?  :  (

We ordered a Toshiba laptop from the Comp-U-Plus online store on a Thursday afternoon.  Everything in the order process and the invoice itself promised "shipping within 1-2 business days."  Therefore, if should have shipped either Friday or Monday.  When it had not shipped by Tuesday, I called Comp-U-Plus customer service.  She said that, yes, it should have shipped on Monday, and she'd make sure it shipped Tuesday and would find out what happened and let me know.  Needless to say, I never found out what happened.  Later that day, their online system indicated that it had shipped, but no tracking number was available.  That's because they marked it as shipped, but it was not picked up by UPS until the next day.  They didn't ship it within their promised timeline, then marked it as shipped when it hadn't really gone anywhere.  Even though it works fine, and there is no problem with the product itself, I won't be ordering from them again.

I was very pleased with my experience of shopping at Compuplus.com. I found the item I was looking for very easily, it had a price I felt was competitive, and the ordering process was very easy with PayPal. I was searching for the cheapest price for an extended warranty for my new digital camera. Comp-u-plus, by far, had the best price on this produce. I snatched it up because it was in stock. The order said it would take 1-2 business days to ship. I ordered the item on 7/2/09 and didn't receive it until 7/13/09, and the shipping is only 80 miles from my home and I offered to pick it up, but they did not have a pick up window at their offices. I would have liked to pick up my order to save on shipping or I would have liked my order to ship on time; otherwise this was a great shopping experience.

I have ordered Targus TXL617 backpack from this seller. Of course before ordering I was skeptical a bit after reading several negative reviews on resellerratings.com. Well, here’s mine:  
1. Ordering, shipping and product itself were rather excellent…I placed my order on 13-Jun and it was shipped by 16-Jun arriving to my overseas APO destination on 22-Jun-09. For most of my orders it takes 2-3 weeks to get here….this one was lot faster. Everything was OK with the product. Just as described and brand new!  
2. Targus TXL617 is a laptop backpack designed to accommodate large laptops. This backpack is perfect for my HDX18t laptop (HP 18.4”). As a matter of fact there is at least 1 inch of space on top and side of the laptop in laptop compartment for even larger laptops.  
 
Bottom line, my first and so fart only experience with this seller was 5*. Thanks and keep up a good work. Will be back for more products.

Have problem. Received TV Listener on same day as it was shipped. Did not check to see if it was same tracking #. I ordered only one, so didn't need to. On June 2, 2009, received another TV Listener. So I checked and it is the tracking #. Unopened, and currently waiting to call Customer Service to see what happened. I thought, wow, I couldn't ask for better service same day as confirmation. Not so far away, but still--anyway got wrong # and need to confirm that my account was not charged 2X. Waiting for office to open!!!

I called to confirm that the camera I was buying was actually in stock - "yes sir we have all three colors" - "are you sure" - "Yes sir".
So I immediatly placed the order for 2 day FedEx ginving myslef a week before Christmas.
Christmas eve - I call to find out why the delay. "Oh we dont have anymore of those in stock"

No email - no phone call - nothing. And I tell you the voice on the otherside of the phone never gave a sh*t !!

There was no order tracking info available like most sites, they only stated when the item was shipped and a 3 day window for delivery. Item arrived outside delivery window. I purchased a GPS for a trip but it did not arrive until AFTER I left. I based my trip and hotel reservations on the anticipated ship. They should have been more accurate in their delivery information.

I was quite concerned when buying a TomTom GO 920T Auto GPS unit as many sellers advertise the TomTom GO 920T, but very few are actually delivering it. They instead are selling the older TomTom GO 920, but advertising it as the 920T. I looked at Compuserv, they advertised the 920T, listed the correct Mfg.Part No.: 1M00981, and when I phoned them they verified both indification as what they were shipping. When it arrived, it was correct. Be careful out there, not many are sending the correct ! units. High marks for Compuplus ?

Customer service phone person lied to me. Product was received from USPS in poor condition. Their website made several promises regarding emails etc., none of which occured. Do not purchase anything from this company, you will be disappointed.

I ordered, and received an invoice for a 2Gb PC3200 DDR DIMM, but received 2 1GB DDR DIMMs which I can't use. Everyone makes mistakes and I am waiting to learn how Compuplus handles this error. If they handle it well I will continue to shop with them. If there are problems in getting the order corrected, or if they are unable to ship the correct merchandise, in getting a complete refund I will not shop with them again

I placed an order on Saturday and on Monday I got a call from customer service telling me there was a problem with my shipping address. I explain their mistake that same day. I had to call them a second time to get my order shipped. The next day I got an email stating the item I ordered was now SOLD OUT and unavailable. I will never order from them again.
