I bought a closeout camera (open box). It arrived in excellent condition and working order. There was a few days delay in shipping--but then Compuplus shipped it priority ground rather than the standard ground, so I received the camera two days after it shipped. Great pricing for this camera.

My 14 year old son ordered a cell phone 8 days ago and they charged my credit card 7 days ago and still haven't processed the order. I e-mailed a couple times with no response and had to call today. I was told that the item wasn't delivered to them and they didn't know if they could fill the order but would let me know within 2 hours of my call (via e-mail) whether they could fill the order or refund my money. No e-mail from them and they are now closed until Monday. I am very disappointed with their customer service and also their false advertisement. They had stated in their on-line ad that they had 3 of the cell phones in stock. They didn't even have them in stock and yet charged my account!

product was to be shipped in 1-2 days. 1 of the 4 products ordered did arrive on time but the other 3 products did not ship the same day. I paid extra for next day delivery and did not get 3 of the product within the deadline I had.
I am disappointed I paid extra and didn't receive the bulk of the order on time.

The merchant delivered the goods ordered in a reasonable time. However, there was a 3 day period between the time the order showed as having been processed and being able to get any information about shipping. Twice I was promised information which did not come. This delay/uncertainty did not inspire confidence as I have experienced Internet vendors who 'processed' orders including payment and then did not deliver anything. I would urge Compuplus to tighten up the gap between order processing and shipping information availability or make intermediate steps in their fulfillment process visible to customers on-line. Except for this, my experience with Compuplus was excellent and I would not hesitate to shop with them again or to recommend them to others.

Great price, product was in stock as promised, sent and received right away -- next best thing to bricks & mortar, but without the higher prices. Shipment via USPS probably helps keep costs down, but it's a black hole, essentially impossible to track or get a confident sense of when the shipment will arrive.

The only gripe I have with CompUPlus.com (and I am a repeat customer) is that on their shipments, they always place a "Signature Required" endorsement which means that even for those of us who have signatures on file with UPS and FedEx so that packages can be left if no one is home, they will not when that type of endorsement exists. I understand this is to protect my safety I suppose, but I would prefer the option of not having that endorsement applied to the package.

Comp-u-plus is great to do business with. I had been searching for the best price I could get on this unit and they had it. I also checked their standing online with Better Business Bureau and it is excellent. I had checked numerous other places and read alot of horrible stories. I sure was glad I ran across Comp-u-plus in my searching and have also told friends and co-workers about them. I do highly reccommend them to all. Shipping--Fast. Product--Perfect. In my opinion they are a 5 Star Company.

Placed order via internet on a Tuesday, they didn't ship it out until the following Monday. No explanation or tracking info was available for days. Sent email inquiry per their instructions about order status but didn't receive a response for 3 business days. Website indicated that all products were in stock and would ship within 24-48 hours but they didn't ship for a week and order will take another week to arrive. Unacceptable!
