Wish List requires that you log in repeatedly. Drop shipping and vendor shipping means that you could pay more than one shipping charge. When I replied to a query about my shopping cart experience and complained about the multiple shipping charges, I got some self serving boilerplate form letter in return. I protested that and got no reply. The "tracking" uses the brain-dead DHL service where they drop it in the USPS box. Once it goes there you have no idea when or where you will get your box. If there was a site with more selection, I would go there.

Product was indicated as in stock when ordered from Cooking.com. When no notice of shipping was received 3 days after the order--which was for expedited shipping for a Christmas gift--I called the company and was told it had shipped the day after the order was placed. However when I tried to get a tracking number, after about a 10 min wait, I was informed that the product was actually out of stock indefinitely, that Customer Service had been informed 2 days earlier, but no one had taken the time to contact me to let me know that it was out of stock and would not be shipping. I was left to come up with a gift for an elderly person who is down sizing but really wanted a specific type of percolator. Fotunately Target.com came through with the gift and could ship it to get there on time for Christmas!

Wonderful selection and delivery was on time. My only request for food items is that I wish we could choose a "deliver by" date, such as what is available at Honey Baked Hams, so I don't have to try to guess when to order. I have to put it on my calendar to order at the right time. Otherwise, everything's just fine.

The product arrived damaged and the item was in a box that was opened (Krupps Box). ALl the accessories were not packaged, it was all in the box. Seems to me this item was a returned item that was shipped to me.

It was good, I was able to surf the website and find what I wanted. I prefer to receive orders by UPS and not USPS - UPS you can call and have it delivered to another address if there is no one to receive it at the original address, but USPS will not do this and it is difficult for me to get to the Post Office. Being that the shipments of my order were by USPS that would probably make me hesitant from purchasing from cooking.com again. Other than that I have had no problems and no complaints with the merchandise or the speed of delivery. Thank you.
