The steak knives I bought were inexpensive and packaged in a plastic sleeve. I cut myself trying to get them out, they were that sharp. Good knives for an inexpensive imported product.

Not the easiest place to search in. I've entered several search words, commonplace kitchen items and the search comes up empty.

Also not the easiest to understand the shipping. Some of the things on their site are from them and that is one shipping, but if you buy something from one of their partner sites.. there is an additional shipping charge. So.. if you do shop here, watch closely for items that come from one place only. oye.

Item was listed as "in stock -- usually ships in 2 to 3 days". Item did not ship for 12 days and has not yet been delivered. I called customer service to follow up. They said they would look into the problem and send me a follow up email. They have not sent an email after one week. I have not received an email notification of shipment, although the order tracking at the merchant's website indicate that the item has shipped. Service has been slow and unresponsive

Although the website did not make clear that the flatware came in two finishes, when I received the wrong one (I wanted brushed finish, but it came in mirror), the customer service person went WAY out of her way to correct the situation and make the exchange so easy and without any conflict at all. A pleasure to do business with this company!
