Delivery speed - fast...well before expected. I expected that the item will be delivered within 10 days with their 3-5 day processing on the item and about 5 days for ground delivery. The items was delivered on the 6th day.

Order accuracy - no issues. Easy to order and prices were shown up front so you didn't have to create an account to find out how much the item would cost you.

Customer service - emailed a question that was answered same day

Overall satisfaction - good. great price, nice product selection and credit card only charged after item is shipped...I verified it with my bank.

I was worried about getting my product on time and if the company could be trusted with my credit card. Both were proven out positively and I was very happy with that. Most (I don't know any that don't) charge your credit card the minute your item is ordered. CoolKidItems is different and therefore stands above the rest because they only charge credit card once item is shipped. I really liked this policy and it helped make my decision to shop at CoolKidItems.

I will shop here with CoolKidItems again and would recommend others to shop there.
