I ordered a pair of Pioneer HDJ-1000's from Joyryde. Not only did they have the best price (& FREE SHIPPING), but they have the best customer service of any company I've ever ordered from. I received my new headphones 3 days sooner than I thought, which made for a more comfortable experience @ the club that weekend.

You ever have such a perfect experience with a company that makes you say to yourself "whatever I need, I'm checking w/ them first and foremost"? Joyryde is a great company with a great group of employees. I couldn't think of sending my money anybody else but them.

I was actually very impressed. This was my first online purchase and I had very low expectations. The product came perfectly and it was in great shape. But the only downfall was I waited a whole week for it to get to my place, even with UPS 3day. Even though it was the Christmas season, that would be something for you to improve on. Since we pay for quicker service, we expect quicker service. Overall, I am glad I purchased through you and will continue to do so in the future.

Every item was nice, and the description was good but the DJ system i bought didn't come with what they said it came with a different mixer, different tables, and no self powered speakers like they said but i am happy with what i got b/c it was still a great buy. i just think they could get the descriptions of the products more exact then being way off.

The owner is a good guy and has no problem conversing on the phone about your order. I was bumbed that my cheapo case for the mixer got bent in shipping because they don't package them other than a cardboard box that is a sleeve fit over the case itself. I can't complain though, I guess you get what you pay for and if it's damaged in shipping then UPS can supposedly handle the claim. The other equipment was pretty well packaged.

They were ok. The $ was taken from my account, and I didnt recieve word of shipping till 3 days after that. I was abit nervous. After I got the tracking #, things went smooth untill I got home from work and found a $1500 tv sitting on my doorstep. No slip to pick it up later, and no signing for it. That was totally unacceptable, and thats why I wont buy there again. I was lucky---the tv was not stolen.
