I was able to obtain hard to find Vestax parts which was a definite plus. The store was not as user friendly as I would have liked but I eventually was able to find everyting that I needed.

Don't use UPS or don't ship things ground. I was unhappy that I needed to pay $81 to pick up my package. This is ontop of what I already paid to ship it!

Even after I added shipping to Australia, taxes and customs duty, the mixer I purchased from VestaxStore.com was still less than half price compared to buying in a DJ equipment store here. It was great!! DJDeals also gave me a tracking number and I could see my parcel fly out of America, over the Pacific and into Australia (delivered in under 1 week). This really put my mind at ease as there are numerous horror stories about buying over the net. I would certainly recommend Joyryde to anyone living outside the US, sick of importers running a virtual monopoly, charging customers ridiculous prices. Thanks Boys, you guys saved me about a thousand Australian dollars... About 850 American.

I ordered knobs for my Vestax mixer. I needed them within 2 weeks for a DJ gig, they were there within 3 days, it may have even been 2. The only problem I had was that the phone number I gave them didnt match the billing phone number, and that was easily corrected via an automated E-mail. That shouldnt count against them however, as it was my fault and its a good safety precaution to prevent fraud.

Ordered the TTX1's on Wednesday, they arrived on Friday. I had to speak to someone about a change in the order after I'd placed it on-line, and the service was extremely personal and helpful. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this vendor.

The website it laid out perfectly. It is very straight-forward and easy to use. Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent to indicate the status of the order, which is a sign of good and thourough business practice. Also, security with credit card transactions is high but straight forward (as it should be). I will be conducting all of the business I can with this company. I am pleased beyond my expectations.

DJ deals was very helpful in choosing what I needed from the info I provided, and they're non biased.. They're not going to pick something because of a name. The customer service when I rung them (steve) was very helpful and very nice, and gave me the reason why a brand was nolonger carried by the store, and it was a good reason, not some weird one that you question the validity of. The extent that they keep personal information personal is exceptional! They tell your bank to give you a ring so that almost any purchase (I've only delbt with big ones) is questioned by your bank who then asks you by phone if you made the purchase! Shipping is punctual, and informative.. None of this wait a week oops, we forgot to send you an order confirmation number, or tracking number. While wander if you're money just disappeared.. none of that there! The only issue I have is with UPS, and since I don't live in a house it's not easy if you happen to be gone a few hours and get back and see an infonotice on your door. But as I said, that's UPS not Joyryde (DJDeals.com) I would and plan to shop there again soon!

These guys really are the best and most dj-oriented store I have found in person or online. They are friendly and go out of their way to give the most honest and helpful advice.
