Everything is fine, until you make the mistake, big mistake, of peeking in the adult section. In a split second privacy goes out the window, and the adult email spam pours in like you visited a dozen adult sights. No need to buy just take a little peek. And there's no letting up. When I questioned their "privacy" policy they cancelled my membership. You don't require a membership, by the way, to get blasted with porn SPAM after visiting the adult section.

Prices are very good, often just a little more than WalMart. But Walmart has such a limited selection.
Empire's selection is excellent, and of course there's no faster way to do a search than with a search engine. Type in World War II and get a list of everything you could and could not imagine. Where else will you find stuff like the Dark Shadows movies that were the basis of the series?
After the privacy problems I still go to their site to do my DVD research.

My experience with shipping has been good, but comments as of late suggest your mileage may vary. Prior to their "buy 4 DVDs get free shipping" the easiest way to get free shipping was to include a single adult title. If you pay shipping charges the first charge hits hard, the rest are very low, it was 35 cents for each extra DVD for me about a year ago.
