I have my address label maker on an old computer that uses a dot matrix printer. I use it for my Christmas cards, wedding announcements, family reunion letters etc. I wasn't even sure I could still get printer ribbons for an old dot matrix computer printer like the one I have. I searched on line and was glad when I found Databazaar and that they carried the printer ribbons I needed. I placed an order with Databazaar giving them my Post Office box number. Very shortly after placing the order, I received an email from them saying they needed my physical address since they sent the order UPS. After I emailed them back with the physical address, they then sent the order very quickly. I was very pleased with delivery speed. My order was accurate and the printer ribbons were good quality. I was very pleased they carried the printer ribbons and that I was able to order therm. I felt that their customer service was good to work with. I was happy with their customer service and with how quickly they responded to let me know they had received my order and my physical address email. I enjoyed my experience with working with the company and was pleased with everything about the company. I will do business with them again. Thank you.
