I have never had trouble with deepdiscount.com. This time, the video games I ordered were backordered, and this was a surprise. I hope they arrive on time! There was no information on how long the delay would be.

it was a nightmare when placing the order. Website is not as user friendly for making changes to account/order etc. as it was before. The order arrived in 3 days, and that is what really matters. I will continue to order from Deep Discount.com.

I've been buying DVDs at Deep Discount for a few years. Amazingly, I discovered them through someone's review in Amazon. I find their prices to be competitive or better than Amazon, they almost always have everything in stock, or will be sent shortly thereafter, and I receive everything very timely. I will continue to go back.

I shop a great deal at Deep Discount...and for good reason. I am retired and on a fixed income...and Deep Discount has free shipping so all my money goes into the things I need or want to buy. I do a lot of business with D D and I am never sorry. I choose FREE shipping because it allows me to spend that money on MORE dvds...and I enjoy them...I have a large (AND GROWING) collection..MOSTLY from Deep Discount. The only bad experiences I have had were the result of my being slow...and certainly not Deep Discounts.

I love shopping at deep discount because of the free shipping. I wish there was a way to track it better than just "shipped". I was looking for some dvds I couldnt find; The Royal Tenenbaums, Bed Time Stories.

I frequently shop at deep discount.com, my only complaint is that some of the things I try to buy are out of stock, and no idea when they will be instock, as I buy alot of gifts from here that makes it hard to know if I will get the product in time to give as a gift, especially now at the holiday season...

Both items we ordered were listed available. When we received an e-mail confirmation, one was listed as back-ordered and one was listed as out-of-stock. When I called, there was no idea as to shipping date. I could only cancel the order by phone, or so I was told.

I've been shopping Deep Discount for a long time. I know the site well and can get in and get out quickly. Speed and ease of use are what I look for - DD has that. And as for DVD shopping habits I want to see a complete list of new releases and a thorough list of upcoming releases and be able to get to them right away. i also want my shopping cart saved on a server so I can review my order from any computer. I don't like shopping at one computer and loading up my cart, then having to try and do it all over again because my cart is only a cookie. Thanks, I'll be back for more.

Prices are the best I found, considerably lower than Amazon's even and usually with free shipping. I've ordered from them before and once in a while they won't have something in stock, but it's usually no more than a week or two later that I get it. I usually order DVDs from them so I can't say about other things, but if the DVDs are any indication, this place is the best!

I have had good experience with Deep Discount. There are some things I'd like to see happen though. When I receive and email from them, instead of the subject "about your order", it should say "new order # ___" or "Order #___ has shipped", or "order #___ backordered" That way when there are several orders that you save until they are fully shipped you don't have to go through so many emails. Also, there is a problem with the encryption and when you pay for your order there are parts that are not fully encrypted.
