Although I was not able to track the order at all, I did receive in a reasonable amount of time. For tracking purposes, the e-mail they sent me was rather useless. The product that I did receive came undamaged. I am using the product now and am very happy with it. The bottom line is that this company acted and performed in good faith. The only problem was the order tracking, which was probably the fault of USPS.
