i was please with this shopping experience, the items stated they would arrive the next day and the did by 5:30pm. this was the second time ordering from diapers.com the first order did not arrive on time, so this was their second chance and they passed.

It is great for new moms to have their baby supplies in large quantity to be delivered right to their door, because it is hard enough to navigate getting out and about with an infant/toddler, much less having to carry in big items,like a case of diapers. shopping was extremely easy and the site is very user friendly. they also offer a range of online coupons. And the delivery was really fast. I received my order in less than 24 hours. However, as advertised on their site, they do not offer the best deal and if you look around you can find better or equivalent deals online. Also the fact that you have to spend $49 to get free shipping makes smaller orders expensive. Other sites, such as drugstore and amazon offer free shipping for $25 (although even that is high). But other than that, the shopping experience was good and the next time I need to buy something for my kid, I will definitely check diapers.com for any good deals.

The processing-shipping-delivery time was excellent! It came exactly the day I was told - (good thing...I was down to ONE diaper!!) - The only thing I would suggest is to offer a sale on the products that a constant customer purchases - I purchase the same 2 things from diapers.com - should offer discounts on those products that are ordered on a regular basis. Maybe after so many purchases you get a discount on your next order....(without having to sign up for something else to get the discount). There are alot of coupons for NEW customers (free shipping) - what about us consistent customers?
