I never received my order because it was damaged in transit TWICE. I never received notification from Diapers.com about the damage and they did not automatically re-ship my order after it was damaged the first time. I had to contact the merchant myself and re-order, but my order was again damaged in transit (via UPS), and again I had to check the shipping status myself online only to learn that it had been damaged again and returned to the merchant. Diapers.com has not contacted me once about my orders being damaged and delayed. After 2 1/2 weeks of no progress I am requesting a refund.

The only problem I exprerienced has been the formula I purchased was damaged/opened in shipment. Once I called a new shipment was sent out with no questions asked. I prefer to talk to a "live" person when I call but, left a message and did receive a phone call with-in 24 hours.

As a mother of twins, I love the price. The customer service staff is wonderful on the phone, when you can get them. We constantly have an issue with the cans of formula. They are always dented. They replace them quickly.
