You may need to stay on top of your order for it to arrive in a timely manner:
I ordered four SpeakerCraft AIM8ONEs via DigitalCraze.com for a decent price on November 2, 2007. After not receiving the speakers or even receiving a shipping confirmation, I emailed them on Nov 17 to find out where my speakers were. I received an email two days later, on Nov 19, indicating the speakers would ship out the next day. It has now been 20 days since I ordered the speakers for $560. I just called and spoke with someone who tells me the order "got lost in the database". He never told me he was sorry, just that he would make it up to me by expediting the shipping. So again, the word is it will ship out tomorrow and get to me by December 3, 2007. You may need to stay on top of your order for it to arrive in a timely manner.
I am very surprised there are so many good reviews for this merchant given my experience with them. Do you think I just had bad luck with this merchant, or is some positive padding of the reviews going on? You decide...
