Order was "back-ordered" several weeks and never received it. No communication with customers via telephone or email. Very rude when attempted to call them via phone. Would keep telling me "another few weeks." Do not understand why this company has such a high rating on shopping.com. My experience with them was abysmal. Please be weary when ordering from them. The company is actually UNCLES STEREO INC. in CARTERET, NJ.

Digitalcraze.com has a pretty complete description and photo of their products. That's how I made the selection of speakers and JVC 1080P projector. I had tried this with another company, but things were not nearly as easy. They shipped to my friend and we watched the progress online of how close her package was getting. We knew the day it would arrive, just not the hour. That's pretty doggone good. Would buy from this company again!

Tread VERY carefully. #1, these guys generally buy from other resellers so OEM warranties may not apply. Also, in spite of their claims, they charge your credit card immediately. In my case, they had my money for 30 days while I waited for my plasma TV. Further, they are at best very confused about what they have in stock and when it will ship. I was told my TV was in stock when I placed the order, then then, when I called a week later to see where it was I was told it was shipping that day, a week later they said it was back-ordered.

Based on other reviews, they seem to have more problems with bigger and high-ticket items.

Read some reviews on this company prior to purchasing from them, seen some bad ones but for the most part they were pretty good. I called them up to make sure that the Pioneer PRO-110FD was in stock prior to submitting an order online and they said that it was. I gave them a chance to proceed and sell me one and they promised the tv would be delivered in about a week. To make a long story short the tv arrived in 4 days flawless condition and works great! This company came through for me after many other low ballers fell through. Thank you and I will be returning to purchase more equipment in the future.

Ordered a Definitive Technologies Supercube II on Jan. 21st and waited... 4 weeks later I called to check on the status, not heard anything from them to this point. Told that they were simply back ordered and they did not know if and when they would get them in. More waiting... called back again and told the same story. Tired of low cost sites like this that say they have items in stock on their website and then never call after the order to let me know I will NEVER receive what I ordered. Now it has been 5 weeks and still do not have the sub to complete my theater. Thanks Digital Craze!!! I would recommend spending a few more dollars with a reputable company and save the headache involved in dealing with this company! I will never shop with Digital Craze again and highly recommend thinking about doing so yourself. There are plenty of companies that actually care about their clients. Read the reviews, there are many that have this exact story repeated. Again, you have been warned!!

I did my research and saw a couple of bad reviews for Digital Craze but decided to buy a Denon receiver from them anyway because the price was so good.

When I placed my order, I was told it would arrive in 5-10 days, ok, crossed by fingers. Two days later, the receiver showed up in perfect shape, exactly what I had ordered.

I couldn't be happier with Digital Craze, best price, fast shipping, exactly what I ordered and no pressure to buy anything else. Thanks.

The price was good, the shipping was free (even better!) and the product arrived on time in good condition. My only suggestions for making this better would be to send an email confirmation once the order is placed (this is the reason I called them - to ensure the order had gone through) and to enclose an invoice with the product itself.

Wonderful service from the customer service to the products. Delivery was speedy and the TV'S I ordered arrived secure and in perfect working order. The only thing that concerned me was that the shipping company didn't call me until the day of delivery and I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to be home in such short notice, but everything worked out perfect and they delivered the TV'S at my convenience later in the day.

Hard to find this quality for the price. I have wanted a Sony VPL-VW200 for a few weeks now, and when I found it advertised on Epinions.com with DigitalCraze.com as one of their trusted merchants I could not pass it up especially with such a deep discount. Simply the best deal on the internet, bar none! Easy process to order. Shipped as promised..arrived on time. Product was exactly as ordered and advertised. Can't find fault with company as some others have discriminated in their reviews. Mitsubishi WD 73 inch TV was Hundreds of dollars less than any vendor I shopped locally. Bought a Plasma TV, A/V receiver, and Blu Ray player 11/07. Finally got the Receiver and Blu Ray player 8-weeks later. It has been almost 3-months and I still don't have the TV. I keep getting the story that the TV is out of stock from the manufacturer, though when I contact the manufacturer they say the TV is not in short supply. After numerous complaints, DigitalCraze says they actually can get the TV but it will cost me $500 more than I've already paid. I asked to cancel the part of my order not yet received and they won't refund the money. They said to just dispute the charge with my credit card company. I'm convinced they are a bunch of crooks. I have learned a lesson that cheap isn't cheap if you don't get what you've paid for. Pay a little more at a reputable business. It's SOOO worth it!

I have shopped at Digital Craze for quality products for 3 years now. But, last month was the first time I tried ordering a Christmas gift online to be delivered to my cousin who lives 3 hours away. I should say that it has been a real pleasure shopping that way thru their website, everything was quick and painless, from the selection, payment up to the confirmation e-mail. For me it's 5 weeks waiting for my products. I ordered the last week in November and STILL NOTHING. This site and this company the worst I've ever experienced in my over 10 years of online shopping. I ordered a pair of definitive tech speakers over 3 weeks ago and have still not received them. I had to call 4 times just to find someone that wanted to talk to me about my order. Not only that, the day after I placed my order, I had a charge of $640.55 from Cameraworld.com which I had not placed. Whether this site is crooked or someone is hacking into their system, it needs to be investigated immediately. I can't say one thing good about my experience here. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN......... I just hope I get my gift to myself before Christmas, otherwise I could have spent the extra $75 bucks per speaker and had them by now. And not had a fraudulent charge of over $600 on my credit card. EXPENSIVE SPEAKERS.

I just ordered a pair of Definitive Technology BP7000SC's. They were on sale and shipping was free. What more could one ask for? How about even with the free shipping, I still got them only 3 days after ordering them. (I live in so-fl, not sure where store is tho.)
They appear to have competitive pricing, with a fair amount of items being sale priced. I'll be making more purchases from them in the future.

Excellent service ! I read numerous testimonials on your site, however, you don't get 'it' until you experience the 'service delivery' yourself. I was trying to purchase a third pair of Speakercraft speakers that were 'out of stock'. I called Customer Service to inquire about them and the gentleman told me the ETA (about 1 week) and that worked for me. The following day, I received a call from Customer Service to advise me that they had found a pair for me...It was amazing and something I have not experienced before, especially with an 'on-line'merchant ! No question, they are amazing speakers, however, one pair is a little too much for my home theater and i may send it back.
