I ordered a subwoofer in Hawaii and the order was carried out quickly. There was plenty of communication on digital craze's part. The subwoofer was packed well and arrived in undamaged condirion and worked great. Order processing took a while however and the $168 UPS shipping price was a bit steep for a UPS Ground delivery to Hawaii. The delivery wait was painfully long compared to UPS 2 and 3 day air. Would buy from again with a different delivery method. I am a custom installer and bought this sub for a job which included 7 different purchases from other sources. The sub was delivered almost a week after I received all of the other orders. UPS Ground shipping and a lengthy processing time was the reason.

I've ordered many products over the internet and Digital Craze is by far one of the best. The provided competitive prices, fast shipping and superior customer service. One of the speakers I bought had a problem and they quickly shipped me out a new one for an exchange, no questions asked. They were quick to respond and treated me like a valued customer. I have no clue why digitalcraze.com has (very few) any bad ratings. I have made total purchases with them for $14000 -on kitchen appliances. At no time have I had trouble. Prompt delivery. If there was a problem, they informed me. Rebates -- no problem at all. I think digitalcraze.com is the online retailer which should show the way to others!

I ordered an entire new kitchen which consisted of all GE PROFILE stainless steel appliances and an LG washer/dryer combo along with the pedestals. They said they had stock and to process the credit card it would be a day but would ship stocked item in the next day or two. Then it was credit card companies delay (NOT) VISA said it cleared. Eddie said he was just a salesman and it was out of his control. Will be shipping right away all though (week later) credit card company excuse again (NOT) VISA said it was processed and cleared over a week ago. Bottom line they had nothing to ship and I declined the charge with VISA and ordered a new card so they could not make up any restocking charge. Buyer beware

Ordered a GE cook top and was expecting email confirmation and would not be charged until time it shipped out 3-5 bus days later. It is now business day 8, nothing. Called Digital Craze and was told that it was shipping out today & would (re)send email. Email arrives, wrong item. Call Digital again, sales staff became very rude & said they just now typed in that email and made typo. Very suspicious, why not resend original. Ask to talk to supervisor, said to call back since they're busy. Wondering if I will even receive my cook top. I would never do business with this company again.

Transaction was smooth, and speedy. Even though I ordered when they were closed for a weekend, apparently some employees came in a day early (Sunday) to fill orders. Also was upgraded to faster shipping for free. Yes, they DO call back, to verify order. Smart move on their part, since it cuts fraud, especially on big ticket items. Yes, I WAS asked if I needed anything else, such as an extended warranty or accessories. I had already bought some items from another vendor, but the salesperson said next time, to let them match or beat prices - that they would be happy to do so. Very low key. All in all, a great sales experience.

These guys are a sham. They will advertise equipment they have for sale and then begin to search for the equipment when you place your order. You will wait a long time or you will not receive what you originally ordered. Many of their wonderful reviews are from them posing as customers, yes they are this deceptive. How do I know this? I was a vendor supplying product and after being misled many times and being ripped off I will no longer do business with them. WATCH OUT!

Item ordered was as stated when I received it, the order process was easy and hassle free. Delivery took a little long than expected, but this was not the fault of Digital Craze. Overall the experience was great. I have never ordered from them before and was using this purchase to try them out and see how there service was. Have bought from before, will buy from again. This time my purchase was slighlty higher than the past but nothing went wrong at all. I ordered 2 65" Mitsubishi DLP tv's and they gave me a great deal.

The merchant falsely advertised that the product was in stock to CNET.com. At time of purchase the merchant's website did not state that the item was on back order. The merchant telephoned me to verify certain information and at that time did not inform the item was not in stock. The merchant then charged my account even though they did not have the item in stock and didn't know when they would receive the item. My experience is that in this situation most merchants will not charge your account untill they are ready to ship. Upon repeated phone calls inquiring as to when they would receive the item I received the same response ("In a few days"). After almost a month I cancelled the order.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. I called to ask if their LG washers and dryer were UL-listed, and if they were an authorized retailer. They directed me to the website, and as I asked where to look on the website they insisted on knowing was where I was calling from. Then they told me to take my business elsewhere and hung up on me. Previous reviewers have said this is a shady company, and I believe it. Otherwise, why would they treat a potential customer this way? They must be selling gray market items that are not up to safety standards in the U.S.

Wow!!!! These people are great!!!!! I bought $5,000 Onkyo amplifier,($1,700 less than the big box nation chain store in my town) and they were just as attentive as if I were paying MSRP. Digital Craze took the time and made phone calls to ensure that I was getting the color I wanted, that I understood the shipping date (2 days after order because of my order configuration). It arrived promptly, triple boxed, safe and sound). This is a serious business focused on the customer buying experience. You might be able to find it listed 1 or 2% cheaper from some unknown company on the Internet, but the peace of mind in knowing your buying from a reputable company is well worth it. Your getting an all around deal that is as good as it gets.

i have ordered three times with digital craze.i bought 2 hd tv's ,speakers,refrigerator,stereo etc.they have the best service,the best prices and great customer service,they respond to your e mails quickly and you actually can call them and speak to a human being who is helpful and friendly.they will sell you extended warranties at very fair prices.dont be fooled by lower prices from some online companies.compare total delivered prices and try to call and see if its easy to speak to someone before you give them your money.
