This experience has soured me on purchasing online ever again. First a wrong item valued at a fraction of the price of the item I ordered was sent. It took days to get a response regarding this error. Then the item I wanted was backordered for weeks, so I cancelled and asked for an immediate refund to my credit card for the difference in the price of the item I was charged for as opposed to the item that was shipped and had already been returned. They refused and said I would have to wait six to eight weeks. I told them I would dispute this with my credit card company and they didn't seem to care until I did. I then received a very nasty, threatening letter from the owner of the company (Woody Hertzog). He said he would turn me over to a collection agency and also wanted to extort $25 out of me because I disputed the charge. My credit card company said they contacted Digital Gift Store about my dispute and received no reply, so apparently this is the way they operate. Never, never again. Run the other way from this company. They will make your life hell!
