Worst Customer Service - Wrong product + Damaged = NO REFUND in Sight

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Absolutely the worst customer service. They were more money than other sites that were offering free shipping. So in the end they were much more money than other sites. The ONLY reason I chose to go with them was because the greenhouse I was ordered was out of stock on most sites but this site said they had 17 in stock. I placed my order and than waiting for a shipping email. The email never came – so I contacted them 5 days later and was told it was out of stock – despite the fact that their site said they had 17 in stock. Right than and there I knew that were a shady company that LIED to their customers. So I continued to wait and they did ship out the product. There were two MAJOR problems to the delivery – it was the WRONG item and it was DAMAGED. I contacted them immediately and told them and they told me I had to ship it back to the vendor for inspection – well it is close to a month after I placed my order and still no refund. I called my credit card company to investigate – which of course is our right. Now I get a nasty & rude letter from this company threatening me because I contacted my credit card company. They told me I had to have my company cancel the charge back + they were going to charge me a penalty over $70 for contacting my credit card for assistance. Wait it gets better – I have to do this ASAP or they will refer me to a collection agency to collect my penalty money. So they LIE about items in stock – than ship out the wrong item and it arrives damaged. And to top it off they have NO customer service. Its been a month and still no refund in sight.
