Eastbay customer service totally messed up on the shipping & our email address, which is why we will more than likely not order from here again. They refunded the entire shipping cost, however it can never make up for the time spent (phone & complaint email) to rectify the matter, and ultimately the disappointment my son experienced as we didn't get the shoes on time. It is unfortunate you just lost years of future business.

Perhaps I am just a little bit prejudice because I, too, am from Wisconsin and a "dis-placed" Badger right now; but absolutely, I would order from Eastbay again. I am a senior citizen that still likes to do things the old way and enjoys receiving a catalog vs. checking for merchandise on line. Once I receive that catalog, I will THEN get additional info off line, but I enjoy that paper catalog. Keep up the good work and, GO BADGERS!!!

Unfortunately, the woman's parka package was mis-labeled. There was actually another midweight jacket in the woman's parka bag. I called, sent the jacket back and received the parka just a few days later

I shop there because they have a very wide variety of colors and sizes and have never been "out of stock" of an obscure item I am purchasing for my kids. I especially like the ability to wave over the item and see what it looks like in different colors. Love ya EASTBAY!

I like eastbay and shop there often.Shipping can be very slow when using the standard option my order took 12 days to get to me, the longest any Eastbay or Footlocker has ever been. The Fed X USPS tracking system is very poor compared to the UPS System, after paying 8.98$ I dont want to pay a extra 3 dollars to upgrade to UPS shipping,even though the money saved on running gear makes up for it.

Good selection and reasonable prices. A little slow in processing order. I realize Eastbay has no control over FedEx but it is rather frustrating when your tracking info shows your item sitting in a warehouse less than an hour from your home for over 2 days.

Being a military family stationed overseas, it has been difficult purchasing/locating our fav. styles of sport shoes.Also, many companies will not ship overseas or to APO/FPO. Eastbay has made shopping so easy and convenient for us. Items take about 4-5 days to arrive, which is fine. We have recommended Eastbay to all of our friends staitoned here and will order from Eastbay again!!
